Who IS Dr Lorraine Day?

“Although Dr. Day came to her fame as a natural healer from a bout with her own terminal breast cancer – before that, she was known for her expertise as an internationally acclaimed orthopedic trauma surgeon and bestselling author who was for 15 years on the faculty of the University of California, San Francisco, School of Medicine as Associate Professor and Vice Chairman of the Department of Orthopedics. She was also Chief of Orthopedic Surgery at San Francisco General Hospital and is recognized world-wide as an AIDS expert.”

Dr. Lorraine Day reversed her own severe, advanced cancer by rebuilding her immune system by natural therapies, so her body could heal itself.  She spends her days now, trying to help others do the same.

Dr Day started out juicing and juicing only.  Not one bite of regular food went into her mouth.  She was in the battle of her life with this breast cancer and she knew it.  This was no time to be weak willed.

She juiced 8 times a day and did that on days when she was so sick and weak she couldn’t hardly manage to do it.  But she kept on keeping on and by leaving all the regular (toxic) foods off and putting only healing foods into her body and doing that through juicing – after a time she started feeling just a little stronger and that big grapefruit sized cancer started going down and down and down.

Now you talk about needing a strong will – to be able to leave off real food for weeks on end.  But her life was at stake and she knew it.

She is today, cancer free and that was 15-20 years ago.

Miracle in a Bowl – Cabbage Soup and Fat Flush – The Famous Soup Diets

Weight Loss Programs are a dime a dozen and I’ve tried a LOT of them!  If you’re looking for a good jumpstart for your next diet, you just can’t do better than the Cabbage Soup Diet or the Fat Flush Diet!
